Who am I ?

I work clinically with patients navigating ADHD every day — and I live it, too. As someone with ADHD, I know first-hand how exhausting it can be to chase structure, battle time blindness, and constantly feel like you’re “just not managing.”

Getting diagnosed helped, but it didn’t magically sort my routines, energy, or overwhelm. What did help was giving myself permission to build systems that actually worked for my brain — gently, gradually, and without shame.

Focus, Gently was born from that shift.

It’s a space for ADHD adults (and the people supporting them) to find tools, templates, and honest support that fits how we really function — not how we should. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, adjusting to meds, juggling parenthood, studying, or trying to survive the workday without burning out... you're not alone here.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Practical, printable tools for ADHD management

  • Reflective resources for burnout, masking, and overwhelm

  • Non-clinical guidance rooted in lived and professional experience

  • Gentle systems that flex with real life — not against it

If that’s what you’ve been craving, start with the ADHD Starter Toolkit — and know that you don’t have to hustle your way to focus.

Let’s build something that works with your brain.
