About the ASRS

A screen, not a diagnosis

The ASRS v1.1 was developed with the World Health Organization and is widely used to screen adults for ADHD symptoms.

A high score suggests a full assessment may be worthwhile. It can't confirm or rule out ADHD on its own.

Questions

Common questions

Is this a diagnosis?

No. The ASRS is a screening questionnaire. A diagnosis of ADHD, and any treatment, depends on a full clinical assessment.

How long does it take?

Most people finish in under five minutes.

Who sees my answers?

Your responses are received by Focus, Gently (Acute Care Direct Limited), a CQC-registered provider. We'll only contact you about your enquiry if you agree to it on the form.

What if my score is high?

We'll talk you through your options, including a full adult ADHD assessment. You can also book a free 15-minute discovery call.
