Clinics closing a medication service Assessment-only providers Services with a prescriber gap Adults with an existing UK diagnosis
For ADHD services and clinics

No prescriber, but your patients still need their treatment?

We're a small, CQC-registered online clinic. Our UK independent prescribers take over ongoing ADHD medication care for adult patients when a service is closing its medication arm, only offers assessment, or has lost its prescriber. Safely, in phases, with your service in the loop until each patient is accepted.

Who we work with

Closing or pausing a medication service

You need a safe home for patients already on treatment, without anyone running out of medication.

Assessment-only providers

Psychologist-led and diagnostic services can refer diagnosed adults to us for medication initiation, titration and ongoing care.

Services with a prescriber gap

Lost a prescriber, or have more titration demand than capacity? We can take patients on while you rebuild.

How a transfer works

Safe, phased, and clinically responsible at every step

01
An initial call

We agree timelines and you share an anonymised caseload summary: numbers, medications, who is stable or titrating, and prescriptions due soon.

02
Patients choose

Each patient decides individually to move to us. We give you clear patient information to share.

03
Records review

We review each patient's diagnostic report, treatment history and recent observations before accepting them. Your service stays clinically responsible until we confirm.

04
Phased handover

We start with a small first group, then move the rest in planned phases, prioritising those with prescriptions due soonest.

One monthly fee for patients, nothing hidden

£89 per month

No joining fee, no per-appointment charges, no minimum term. Patients can cancel at any time. Medication is charged separately by our partner pharmacy.

Reviews and monitoring
All titration and follow-up reviews, with home blood pressure and pulse checks.
Prescriptions
Issued by our independent prescribers and dispensed with tracked delivery to the patient.
Annual review
A full yearly review of treatment and progress.
Shared care request
A yearly request to the patient's GP to take over prescribing where appropriate.

  • An ADHD diagnosis made in the UK, with the diagnostic report available
