I'm Lisa, your ADHD Coach. I support individuals with ADHD to better understand their minds, build supportive strategies, and create a life that feels more manageable — and more like their own.
So many people I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like they've been trying to fit into systems that were never designed for them. My role is to offer a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement.
In our sessions, we focus on what actually works for you. That might look like breaking down a big, daunting task into something doable, finding ways to work with your energy rather than against it, or simply having the space to talk things through with someone who gets it.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you come. You can bring the unfinished plans, the mental clutter, the ideas that feel too big, or even just the sense that something isn't working — and we'll work through it together.
