- are 18 or over, live in the UK and are registered with a UK GP
- have an ADHD diagnosis made in the UK, with the report to hand
- have (or can get) a home blood pressure monitor
- are happy for us to see your GP record summary and keep your GP informed
We may not be the right service if…
- your diagnosis was made outside the UK — you'd need a full UK assessment first
- you're looking for prescribing for mood, heart or other conditions — that stays with your GP
- your medical history needs in-person specialist care — we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction
Your questions, answered
How long does titration take?
Everyone's different. Most people have a few reviews over a few months before settling on the right treatment. We go at a careful pace rather than rushing.
Why do I need a blood pressure monitor?
ADHD treatment can affect blood pressure and heart rate, so we check both before you start and after every change. A standard upper-arm monitor is fine.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. There's no minimum term. See our refund policy for the details.
Do you accept diagnoses from other clinics?
Yes, if the assessment was carried out in the UK by a suitably qualified specialist. Send us your report and we'll review it at no extra cost. If we can't accept it, we'll explain why and what your options are.
Is medication included in the £89?
No. The £89 covers all your clinical care. Medication is dispensed and charged by our partner pharmacy, and we'll go through the cost with you before you start.
Can my GP take over prescribing?
Once you're settled, we send your GP a shared care request every year. If they agree, we can keep supporting you with an annual specialist review.
What if my GP says no to shared care?
That's up to each GP practice, and some decline. If yours does, nothing changes for you: we simply carry on prescribing and reviewing under your monthly plan.
What if I get side effects?
Contact our clinical team (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). You'll also get our safety-net guide so you know when to call 111 or 999.
