Continued specialist oversight of your ADHD treatment for existing Focus Gently patients who have a confirmed diagnosis, are stable on medication, and are unable to obtain shared care with their GP.
This service is available following assessment and confirmation of eligibility with our clinical team — it is not a self-serve purchase, and it is not a way to obtain ADHD medication without an assessment.
What's included:
Ongoing clinical oversight of your treatment by a specialist ADHD nurse prescriber
Regular monitoring and review (at least every 6 months, plus an annual comprehensive review)
Issuing of prescriptions where it remains clinically appropriate
Please note:
Continuation depends on attending your reviews, submitting the monitoring we ask for (e.g. blood pressure, heart rate and weight), and remaining clinically suitable.
This is not a guaranteed monthly medication supply — each prescription is a clinical decision.
Any medication is dispensed and charged separately by the pharmacy.
Fees cover clinical oversight, monitoring and review — £40 per month (reviews as scheduled).
