At least every six months, plus a full comprehensive review each year.

Prescriptions issued where it remains clinically appropriate for you to continue.

Continuation depends on staying engaged with your care. To keep prescribing, we'll ask you to:
- Attend your reviews as they're scheduled.
- Submit the monitoring we ask for — such as blood pressure, heart rate and weight.
- Remain clinically suitable for ongoing treatment.

- Any medication is dispensed and charged separately by the pharmacy.
- Your fee covers clinical oversight, monitoring and review — reviews as scheduled.
- If you cancel, prescribing through this service ends. You're never locked in.
