What actually happens, and when
No joining fee, and nothing to pay until we've confirmed we can prescribe for you.
You send us your report
Diagnostic report, photo ID and a GP record summary, through a secure upload link. If you can't find the report, we'll tell you exactly what to ask your previous provider or GP for.

We check the diagnosis was made to an acceptable standard and that we can safely take clinical responsibility. You get a yes or a no in writing, with the reasoning either way.

Cardiac and personal history, current medication, and your baseline readings — blood pressure, pulse, height and weight, taken at home and submitted before the appointment. We agree the plan and issue the first prescription.

Dose reviews as often as the titration needs — not as often as a booking system allows. Blood pressure and pulse rechecked after every change. Titration clinics run Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Schedule 2 prescriptions are issued monthly and sent directly to our partner pharmacy, which dispenses and delivers to you with tracking. Controlled drug rules mean we can't hand you a paper script for a local pharmacy.

Every year we write to your practice asking them to take over prescribing on the NHS. Many decline — but we ask every year, because when one says yes it removes your medication cost entirely.

Before you book
Reasons we might not be right for you
We would rather lose the booking than take on someone we can't safely treat.
- We can only accept diagnoses made in the UK. An assessment carried out abroad needs a full UK reassessment before we can prescribe.
- You need a home blood pressure monitor. We won't change a stimulant dose without a reading, so this isn't negotiable.
- We prescribe ADHD medication only. Antidepressants, mood and cardiovascular prescribing stay with your GP or another specialist.
- Some cardiac histories mean a stimulant isn't appropriate, and we'll say so at the safety assessment rather than after you've paid.
- Controlled drug rules mean monthly prescriptions and pharmacy delivery. If you need to collect from your own local pharmacy, we can't arrange that.

Questions
The ones people actually ask
Do I have to be reassessed?
No, if your UK diagnosis is documented to an acceptable standard. That's what the free report review establishes. If the documentation isn't adequate we'll tell you what's missing, and whether a reassessment is the only route.
What if I can't find my diagnostic report?
Book the free call anyway. In many cases a GP record summary naming the diagnosis and the medication is enough to start from, and we can tell you who to request the full report from.
Will you keep me on the dose I'm already on?
If it's working and it's safe on your baseline readings, usually yes. We won't restart titration from scratch for the sake of it. If something in your history means the current dose needs revisiting, we'll explain why.
Can you get my GP to take over?
We request it annually and provide the clinical letter. Whether a practice accepts shared care is entirely their decision, and an increasing number decline. We'll keep asking, but we won't promise you an outcome we don't control.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops. There's no minimum term and no exit fee. We'll write to your GP with a summary of your treatment so whoever picks it up next has the full picture.
How quickly can I be seen?
Report review comes back within a few working days. Safety assessments and titration reviews run Tuesdays and Saturdays, and we hold capacity deliberately rather than booking out months ahead.
