CQC-registered • UK-wide • Fully remote
You have the diagnosis. What you don’t have is a prescriber.
You were assessed. You were diagnosed. And then it went quiet — the clinic stopped replying, your GP declined to take over, or the service simply closed. Here is the part nobody told you: you do not have to be assessed all over again. You need one clinician who will take your care on, start your treatment, and stay with you. That is the whole of what we do.
Your report reviewed free, first • No joining fee • Cancel any time
You will recognise your own situation here.
These are the six we are asked about most. If one of them is yours, you are exactly who this service was built for.
- “I was diagnosed, but no one ever actually started my treatment.
- “My provider discharged me, and my GP won’t take over the prescribing.
- “The clinic I used has closed — or simply stopped answering me.
- “I came off my medication months ago, and I want to start again.
- “My shared care request was refused, and I’ve run out of options.
- “I’ve been told the only way forward is a whole new assessment.
How we take over your care, step by step.
You pay nothing until we have read your report and told you, plainly, that we can help.
Send us your report
You send the diagnostic report you already have. A clinician reads it and tells you whether it meets the standard we need to prescribe safely. If it falls short, we tell you precisely where and why.

Plain speaking
What we will not promise you.
We will not promise to accept every diagnosis. Before we prescribe, a clinician has to be professionally satisfied by your report — and some reports simply don’t carry enough detail for that. We check first, at no cost, and tell you either way, rather than taking your money and breaking the news afterwards.
We will not promise treatment regardless. Your safety assessment may show that medication isn’t the right step, or that something else needs attending to first. If so, we explain why in plain terms and write to your GP.
And we cannot make your GP agree to shared care. We prepare the request properly and re-send it every year — but the decision is theirs, and some practices decline private providers as a matter of policy. Here is what we will promise: we will not discharge you because they said no.
The questions people ask first
Do I really not need another assessment?
Not if your existing report meets the standard we need to prescribe safely. That means a full clinical assessment by a suitably qualified clinician in a regulated service, with the diagnostic criteria applied, a developmental history, and impairment shown across more than one setting. Send it to us and we’ll tell you within 3 working days. If it doesn’t meet the standard, we’ll say so and explain exactly what would — and you are under no obligation.
What happens if you turn my report down?
You pay nothing. The review is free, and there is no charge either way. We’ll tell you precisely what was missing and what you would need — and you are free to take that to any provider you choose.
Declining a report is a judgement about what we can safely prescribe on. It is not a verdict on whether your diagnosis is correct.
What if I cancel, and later need to come back?
Speak to us before you cancel — that is the part that matters. Stopping ADHD medication abruptly isn’t safe, so we’ll help you arrange cover first, and send a summary of your care to whoever picks it up.
If you return within six months and nothing has changed, you can usually restart after a review. Leave it longer than that, or if your health or treatment has changed significantly, and we may need to reassess — we’ll tell you exactly what that involves before you commit to anything.
Is the medication included in the £89?
No. The £89 covers your clinical care — your appointments, monitoring, reviews, and the writing of your prescriptions. The medication itself is dispensed and charged separately by the pharmacy.
How long until I’m on a stable dose?
Usually 8–10 weeks from your first appointment, across three or four reviews. Some people settle sooner, some need longer. Either way the monthly price is the same — there is no extra charge for the appointments it takes to get you right.
Will you genuinely keep prescribing if my GP refuses?
Yes — for as long as it remains clinically appropriate and you keep up your reviews. That is the whole point of the monthly plan: it isn’t a course that ends, it is care that continues. And we’ll re-send the shared care request every year, in case your practice’s position changes.
No cost, no obligation
